Jim and Brenda have been helping organizations provincially and internationally for more than a decade to navigate transition in order to optimize organizational health and future direction. They currently provide mentoring and coaching to leaders walking through organizational transitions.

Formerly a grade 6-12 teacher, she is now a passionate mental health advocate and Registered Psychologist, running her private practice, TriUnity Wellness. As the founder of South Asian Network Therapy Association, that connects South Asian individuals with therapists, she breaks down barriers to counseling.
