022 - Relational Inventory

Leadership can be defined in many ways, but you can't talk about leadership without talking about relationships.  And if we're going to talk about relationships we can't be surface level we have to go deep.  On this episode I want to talk about taking a relational inventory on multiple levels.  We'll unpack the different types of relationships and how we lead in different scenarios.  We need a 360-degree mindset so we can lead those we are responsible for, those that are equal to us, and those that lead us. Relationships matter, and that includes those that are close to us and those that are strangers.  Let's commit to doing all types of relationships well.
